Savior, I come

Savior, I humbly come in prayer unto thee;
I am able to stand, because thou hast reached down and touched me.
O' my Savior, for the care of my soul, I look to thee;
Blessed Savior, always take care of me.

When I suffer afflictions, and am preplexed by fears unknown;
Where shall I go? I flee for refuge to thee alone.
When I seek peace from my fears, I look to thee;
Blessed Savior, always take care of me.

Poor I am, and at times forsaken, yet I am thine;
There is no greater joy and peace, then in thee I find.
Yea, all my joy and blessings ever flow from thy;
Blessed Savior, always take care of me.

Weary, I come to thee and I lay my head upon thy breast;
Through faith in thee, I have a promised rest.
All comfort and assurance come from thee;
Blessed Savior, always take care of me.

In the journey, I'll suffer no pain or loss;
Daily do I cling to thy Holy Cross.
All my hope and faith is built upon thee;
Blessed Savior, always take care of me.

Savior, for my sins, thou suffered and thou wast crucified;
Through faith in thee, I stand redeemed and justified.
The gifts of forgiveness and salvation ever come from thee;
Blessed Savior, always take care of me.

Through this earthly journey, I'll walk and have no fear;
I am at peace, for I know that wilt always be near.
With thy mighty hand, thou wilt lead and guide me;
I hear thou sayest, "fear not,I will take care of thee."

NO, I'LL NOT TURN AWAY.

No, I'll not turn away. I'll not turn from Him, who loves me so.
Who pours down His rich blessings on me, here below.
I'll cling to Jesus, for He is my strength each day;
No matter what comes, I'll walk with Him. No, I'll not fall away.

How could I ever turn away from the one who suffered and died for me;
How could I reject the One, who from sin's dark power, and the devil's bondage, set me free?

I've had some dark days that have caused me both pain and sorrow;
But I still press on. I know who holds both today and tomorrow.
I'll cling to Jesus, for He is my strength each day;

I've struggled with shortcomings that have at times caused me grief;
But through faith in Him, I have found a blessed relief.
I'll cling to Jesus, for He is my strength each day;

Though devils attack me, and the world wants me to fail;
My faith and hope is built on him. In Him, I stand. In Him, I prevail.

Because my faith and hope is built on Him, I'll stand;
I'll not fall nor stumble, for I rest firmly in His hand.
